Specializing in trauma, betrayal, anxiety, grief, and relationship support through an integrative, compassionate approach

About Me

With over 20 years of experience in the helping field, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, adults, couples, and families through many seasons of life. My work has been shaped by a deep respect for each person’s story and a belief that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. I have extensive experience working with betrayal trauma and the impact it can have on both individuals and relationships. I also hold specialized training as a Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT-C).

My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—each person’s story matters, and therapy should reflect that. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward healing and greater stability.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative and trauma-informed, meaning I look at how your life experiences—especially stress, loss, or relational wounds—have shaped how you think, feel, and connect with others.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical skills for managing emotions, navigating challenges, and shifting unhelpful patterns. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques to support greater awareness, grounding, and emotional regulation.

In my work with couples, I integrate the Gottman Method and an EFT framework to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection—especially in the aftermath of betrayal or disconnection.

At the heart of my work is a balance between compassion and direction. Therapy is a place to feel supported and understood, but also a place for growth. Together, we will make sense of your experiences while building the tools needed for lasting, meaningful change.

A poetic reflection on the beauty of a human returning to life with a gentle glow.

Areas of Focus

I work with individuals and couples facing a range of challenges, with particular focus in the following areas:

Anxiety & Emotional Regulation
Helping clients manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions using practical tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Grief & Life Transitions
Walking alongside clients through loss, change, and periods of uncertainty—providing support, clarity, and space to process.

Perinatal & Maternal Mental Health
Supporting individuals and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and the emotional adjustments that come with this season of life.

Relationship & Couples Work
Helping couples improve communication, navigate conflict, and reconnect in meaningful ways using research-based methods.
